Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, launches, or promotions.

Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Domestic and international shipping

We ship both domestically and internationally.

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections and clearance processes.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order. Refunds are not provided in these cases.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once an order has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building manager

  • Contact the carrier directly

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at evanmerger@gmail.com within 48 hours of the last tracking update so we can assist with a carrier inquiry. Replacements are not guaranteed.

Refused or unclaimed shipments

If a shipment is refused or not claimed and returned to us, the order will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.
