Returns + Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

Damages, defects, or wrong item received

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  evanmerger@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will arrange a replacement (if available) or provide an alternative resolution at our discretion. We do not offer refunds.

Non-returnable items

Because we do not accept returns, all items are non-returnable, including (but not limited to):

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at evanmerger@gmail.com so we can help resolve it. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in your order being refused or future orders being canceled.

European Union and United Kingdom customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within a specified period under applicable consumer protection laws. If that applies to your order, email  evanmerger@gmail.com with your order number.
